Artifact: Basic’s of Effective Instruction in P.E. Lab C, Scope and Sequence

Reflection: For Lab C in Dr. Yang's Basics of Effective Instruction in P.E., I had to teach a lesson on an international game. The game I chose to use is Rugby. As part of the lab, I needed to create a K-12 Scope and Sequence plan to be utilized. This plan meets standard three because it shows that I am capable of creating age appropriate activities for a long term activity. I also am able to modify each activity to meet the needs of the students. This artifact is important to my development as a Physical Education instructor because it provides students at all age levels and skills to participate and it promotes life long fitness.
