Work Experience
-Adapted Physical Education Teacher at DeRuyter Central School District PreK-12- January 2014-June 2014
-Responsibilities include teaching various classes at the elementary and high school level and creating modifications to allow all students to participate and be included during class activities. In addition, I monitor recess for the middle and high school students.
Professional/Field Experience
- Student Teaching at the Hudson Falls High School Grades 9-12- March 21st 2013- May 15th 2013.
-Responsibilities included creating and implementing age/developmentally appropriate lessons/activities, enforcing classroom rules, and creating appropriate assessments for all students in the Hudson Falls High School in grades 9-12 Additionally was an Assistant Coach for the Varsity Track and Field team.
- Student Teaching at the Queensbury Elementary School Grades K-3- January 23rd 2013- March 18th 2013.
-Responsibilities included creating and implementing age/developmentally appropriate lessons/activities, enforcing classroom rules, and creating appropriate assessments for all students in the Queensbury Elementary School in the K-3 Grades. Additionally was an Assistant Coach for the Modified Girl's Basketball Team.

PED 356- Adapted Physical Education: Worked with student once a week for an hour to teach a variety of skills/concepts.
EDU 256- Seminar for Field Experience: Observed and assisted host teachers at the middle and the high school levels during the winter of 2012.
